How do you accept payment for your orders?

Do you charge extra for characters or logos?
Never! Our pricing is all inclusive. All artwork design and proofing is done completely free of charge!
Where are you located?
Our corporate office is located in sunny Florida! Our production facilities are located both in the USA and overseas. We ship direct from the warehouse to ensure speedy delivery.
What colors are available?
We use the Pantone color matching system for most of our items which you can view here or by clicking the color chart link in the menu system on the left hand side of every page.
Product colors viewed by computer monitor or print-out may vary from the actual color. In addition, product colors may vary slightly from one production to the next. For the best representation of a color, we recommend consulting a Pantone color guide, generally located at copy centers, art supply stores or the reference section of many public libraries.
How long is production time?
Production time is typically 2 weeks including shipping to your location. Rushes may be available for an additional fee, if you require your products in a shorter period of time. Please contact us for rush rates and opportunities prior to placing your order.
Do you offer any discounts on orders?
Sure! We offer discounts on many products for both nonprofit organizations and certain public events. Please contact a sales rep to inquire about special rates for your organization. We love to help local communities and awesome fundraising ventures. Contact us for more information!
What is your minimum quantity?
Our minimum quantity for most standard products is only 100!
